After learning a little about the British Standard locking mechanisms and how easily some locks can be tamper and drilled, I spoke with Scott, of Pick of the Bunch Locksmiths regarding my concerns. Scott said he would come round to check the locks on my property for me to ensure they were BSI standard.

We arranged a time, and Scott also texted me on the day to advise he was on his way. On checking the locks, sadly, they were not BSI standard so he very quickly changed all the locks, providing 3 keys for each and showed me the difference between the ones he had taken out of the doors and the new ones.

I highly recommend Scott. He was professional, knowledgeable and worked speedily and I must say I do now feel much safer:-) I will definitely be recommending Scott to friends and family.

I've used Scott a few times now - for installing new locks & cylinders in a broken door, having locks changed after we moved in, as well as doing repairs. Scott was always responsive, professional, communicated well and managed to fit in his visits around my availability. He is also reasonably priced and did a great job with minimum fuss.

Scott came to my rescue twice in the same day in record time when I locked myself out after having new locks fitted and a Chubb installed on my new door.
I also had a balcony door that locked automatically from the outside so Scott changed that so I can live without fear of being locked out from my own home!!
